For individuals seeking more joy and personal contentment in life, and those wanting to create new and better life situations, Kaiviti Art for Wellbeing offers individual Art for Wellbeing facilitation and life coaching. For those who have a depressive disorder and are uncomfortable in group settings, this is an excellent opportunity to learn and experience the way to transformation through art making without experiencing any anxiety that may arise as a consequence of group situations. The facilitator works intuitively with each unique client, and therefore activities offered may vary between clients as they are tailored to fit individual needs.

Art for Wellbeing facilitation and life coaching sessions are available on a casual, pay as you go basis with the breakdown of investment below:

First visit – Investment of $150 for two hours of Art for Wellbeing facilitation and life coaching and includes an art-making kit worth $60 and instructions for home art making activities

Second and subsequent casual visits – Investment of $75/hr

Ideally, for an individual to get the most out of individual Art for Wellbeing facilitation and life coaching, the Art for Wellbeing facilitator would work with clients who subscribe to a twelve-month package. This is broken down below into actual facilitation hours:

First visit – Two hours of Art for Wellbeing facilitation and life coaching plus receive art-making kit worth $60

Second visit – One hour of facilitation, two weeks after the initial art making session, and once a fortnight for the remaining twenty-two sessions

Throughout – instructions for home art activities

Total investment for twelve months is $1,350 for a total of twenty-five hours of facilitation and coaching, including art materials ($54/hr)

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid on the first visit, with the balance due in full on the fifth session. Excepting extreme circumstances, if for any reason the client wishes to cancel the twelve-month subscription to Kaiviti Art for Wellbeing, they must do so by the balance due date at session five. This gives clients the option to experience the benefits of Art for Wellbeing before committing to the twelve-month subscription in full.
