Description
A paper collage inspired by Australian tree bark colours and patterns forms the background of this small mixed media painting. In the foreground, a free hand drawing of a green tree frog on a branch with gum leaves and flowers pays further homage to life in the Australian bush. The subtle green and brown tones work well with an understated calming interior where natural fibres and colours are blended with leafy green plants. Among the Gums #5 is in the same tones, and would make a perfect addition to this piece. Being smaller pieces, they are easy to fit into areas with limited wall space.
